Biographies
Chris Heester has been associated with the music industry for over 25 years. During this time, he has performed many roles including that of International Label manager for Stiff Records. Chris went on to set up an Artist Management Company, developing and promoting new acts as well as signing them to recording and publishing companies, including Virgin, EMI, Island, PWL and BMG. Chris also assigned acts to companies in Europe, America and Canada. He became managing director of Cancan Records (which he co-founded), and promoted various dance acts in the UK, Europe, Japan and America.
Chris has managed a variety of projects including tour production, licensing and media events. On a world wide basis, he has also acted as consultant to various major and independant record companies.

Paul Howes has had over twenty five years experience in the music copyright field, mostly at managerial level. He has acted in a consultant capacity on most Dusty Springfield CD releases in the UK (for Mercury/ Britannia) and US (for Rhino/Taragon/Mercury) providing compilations, sleeve notes and annotations for many, and is associate producer of the Dusty Springfield boxed set 'Simply Dusty'. He also publishes a magazine on Dusty Springfield, available on subscription and through HMV, and is the author of "The Complete Dusty Springfield" published by Reynolds & Hearn. He has also successfully negotiated both with PolyGram/Universal and the BBC to produce CDs of Dusty Springfield material for release exclusively through the Dusty Springfield Bulletin.
Other artists projects include: Burt Bacharach, Jackie deShannon, Jackie Trent, Petula Clark, Scott Walker.
Tony Heester has been associated with a variety of other record labels in an advisory capacity for many years, supplying sleeve notes, artworks, proof reading, verification of writer credits, researching master tapes, etc. He has also been involved with research for several television documentaries, such as The South Bank Show for LWT.
